I studied VLE's at University for my final major project and I developed a maths game for Key Stage 1 children to work with over a LAN. I then went onto work as an IT Project manager for a local government project that was setting up an Internet College to train childminders. I devised the VLE and led the design team on the build. The project was presented to Tony Blair in 2002 at No 10. I went onto work in Malaysia with Telecom Malaysia and advised the board of the company on the roll out of their educational broadband network in the country. I continue to work with open source software to create learning environments and I am currently developing aspects of VOIP and other rich media to move the user experience forward.
